Traci Robinson-Williams, MBA, is a marketing innovation, growth strategy, and business innovation strategist. Over the course of her 25+ year career, she’s worked inside complex, leading organizations—Verizon Wireless, GitLab, and Accenture among them—where she observed a common challenge across industries: Marketing has untapped potential to drive strategic growth, but is rarely positioned to do so.
She knew there had to be a better way.
That insight led to the creation of the InnoMagination™ framework—a repeatable, cross-functional process designed to help Marketing leaders surface untapped value and activate new growth strategy by reimagining the assets they already have in their organizations.
Traci’s breakthrough came when she reframed an overlooked market opportunity, built the business case from the ground up, and led a team to build the foundation for $1 billion in revenue from a $5 million initial Marketing investment. That experience became her proof point—and her mission.
Today, through her company Claroti, Traci helps organizations uncover hidden value, build internal alignment, and move faster on the opportunities already within reach. Her passion lies in empowering Marketing executives to lead marketing innovation—not just support it.
She holds a B.S. in Business and an MBA in Global Management, with additional studies in International Marketing and Business Analytics. But what defines her most is a belief that innovation doesn’t start with invention—it starts with seeing differently, asking “what if,” and having the courage to lead from where you are.
